At Achilles Heel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking link to monitor your refund status.
